From initial contact at the show home in spruce grove Sarah has always been welcoming and was continuously helpful in getting any questions we had answered correctly. Sue was amazing in helping us get paperwork in to the bank on time in order for us to save on the increase in mortgage rate and worked with our mortgage brokers to do so.

Any concerns we had during the building process were always addressed promptly and with genuine care and the supplier visits were seamless.

Although our build took roughly 13 months, Canyon spring worked tirelessly to ensure quality versus speed and for that we would not change a thing.
